While an Art student at Warren Wilson College in Ashville NC, I began experimenting with color and textures. Since then, building on the concepts of textural work and mixed media has been my passion.

My work is spontaneous, intuitive, and flowing. I love creating abstract work, as one Inever knows what you are about to capture. Emotions, landscapes, people, dynamic experience, different parts of the world, and even stories are portrayed within these pieces. The wonderful aspect of my art is that everyone sees and feels something different when viewing the work.

Meaning is not universal or black and white. Like when people listen to a song or look at an abstract painting, there is a unique interpretation to be found. There could be several truths to each piece and that is really what my work is all about.

I reside in Jamaica Plain.
